These Terms of Service apply to use of mereldon.com and purchases from MERELDON. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

  1. Our business

MERELDON is the trading name of Moidore LLC, a US limited liability company registered in Wyoming.

This mailing address is not a retail shopfront, Australian premises or product returns centre.

We currently offer delivery to eligible Australian addresses only. Orders are dispatched internationally from China. Moidore LLC, trading as MERELDON, remains the seller responsible for your order, customer service and consumer-law obligations.

  1. Orders and contract formation

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and check your selections before completing checkout. The final payable total, including applicable shipping and taxes, will be shown before you place an order.

We will acknowledge your order using the contact information provided. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment due. We will not make a material product substitution without your agreement.

  1. Prices, currency and payments

Prices shown to Australian customers are in AUD unless expressly stated otherwise. The final checkout displays applicable shipping and tax charges and available payment methods.

Pricing and promotions may change for future orders, but an accepted order will not be subject to a unilateral price increase.

  1. Product descriptions, sizing and availability

We aim to describe items accurately, including sizes, materials, colour, images and availability. Colours may appear slightly different because of displays or lighting, but this does not affect your rights if a product is materially different from its description.

Refer to product-specific measurements and sizing information before ordering. Contact us if you need assistance.

Product availability can change. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will tell you promptly and offer a suitable solution, including a refund where required.

  1. Shipping and delivery

Our normal estimate is 1–3 business days for processing followed by 6–8 business days in carrier transit, totalling an estimated 7–11 business days from order to delivery.

These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may vary because of order timing, destination, holidays, customs processing and carrier delays. Please read our Shipping Policy before purchasing.

  1. Cancellations, returns and consumer guarantees

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or modify an order. We will try to assist before dispatch, but dispatched parcels may not be interceptable.

Eligible voluntary change-of-mind requests made within 30 calendar days after delivery may receive a refund to the original payment method after the item is returned to the approved returns facility and inspected. For non-faulty items, the customer pays international return postage. See our Refund & Returns Policy for eligibility, instructions, costs and timing.

Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply independently of voluntary change-of-mind conditions. Statutory remedies may include a refund or replacement at the consumer’s election for a major failure, and other remedies as required by law. For confirmed product faults, reasonable return postage is reimbursed or another lawful arrangement is made.

  1. Offers, discount codes and credits

Promotional discounts, coupon codes and store credits are governed by the conditions shown when issued, including any valid exclusions or expiry dates. They cannot limit remedies available under mandatory law.

A store credit accepted as a voluntary change-of-mind outcome is not a substitute for a legally required refund.

  1. Website use and intellectual property

You agree not to interfere with the security or operation of our website, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of others.

If you create an account, keep its login details confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. MERELDON branding and site content may not be reproduced commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

  1. Third-party services

Our store uses Shopify and may use payment, delivery, messaging, analytics and other service providers. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

Nothing in this section excuses a failure to meet mandatory legal obligations.

  1. Responsibility and legal rights

Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability, remedies or compensation that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory laws.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future transactions, with a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already accrued or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights and protections under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.
