Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Contact us before sending anything back and read our Returns & Refunds page for details. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
