How long does delivery take, and how much is shipping?

We deliver to Australia and most countries worldwide, and standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Estimated delivery to Australia is 7–11 business days from the date you place your order, including processing. Delivery estimates for other countries are listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?

Yes. Change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Please email us before sending anything back, and read our Returns & Refund Policy for details. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other consumer laws still apply.
